The experience was educational and enlightening to see how thorough the staff perform vehicle care. Also, you are given a complete rundown on services needed and those that will be needed immediately. Also, services needed but can wait for a while and won’t hurt the function of your vehicle. Usually at shops the service advisor communication with the mechanics is lacking but not here. was so thankful for the team at A-1 last week. Had a Land Rover LR4 that had a coolant line break, so had to get it towed from about 75 miles away. They were the only shop in the area that would even look at a Land Rover. They were honest, looked at it quickly and got parts on the way. The staff being very friendly treated my young boys and I with respect and care. This car company is clearly here for the customer, not themselves. All they were doing this time was an oil change, but saw that my air filter was very dirty and there was a lot of corrosion on my battery terminals.
