was so thankful for the team at A-1 last week. Had a Land Rover LR4 that had a coolant line break, so had to get it towed from about 75 miles away. They were the only shop in the area that would even look at a Land Rover. They were honest, looked at it quickly and got parts on the way. I use to work here and I can give my opinion on what customers do not see. The mechanics there are real mechanics. They are very detail orientated. Usually at shops the service advisor communication with the mechanics is lacking but not here. Very friendly staff and employees and they are lucky to have the service advisors and real mechanics who can prove their experience. What a wonderful experience. I had my son’s vehicle taken here because of an engine issue. Each step of the way, I was informed of issues that were found and what the cost was for repairs. A-1 has taken care of all of my cars for many years now. They’re shop is not the closest to my house and on occasion I’ve taken it somewhere closer for something simple like an oil change.
