So I went in and got a flow master super 10 with a magnaflow exhaust tip. I’m very please along with I went in short on money and they waived a bunch of fees for me and they took me in at last minute! (The other A-1 in Springfield was extremely rude over the phone) but this location they were all super generous and nice.

I’ve been into A-1 quite a few times now. For an oil change and tire rotation, as well as a couple other more complicated problems. Unlike other auto repair shops I’ve been to, A-1 makes sure I understand exactly what the problem is and how they plan to fix it. The staff being very friendly treated my young boys and I with respect and care. This car company is clearly here for the customer, not themselves. All they were doing this time was an oil change, but saw that my air filter was very dirty and there was a lot of corrosion on my battery terminals.
